About me

I was born and brought up in the south west of England.

After obtaining a BA (Hons) German from the University of Reading, I trained and worked as a Chartered Accountant in London. I also worked for almost ten years in a voluntary capacity for a local branch of a national charity.

In 2005 I started to study creative writing with The Open University. I subsequently commenced writing seriously, fulfilling a longheld ambition. Other current interests include crafts, yoga, buying books and watching too much TV.

I live in London with my husband and two sons.
