About me

I was born and brought up in South West England.

After obtaining a BA (Hons) German from the University of Reading, I trained and worked as a Chartered Accountant in London, although in more recent years I have been primarily a carer.

In 2005 I started to study creative writing with The Open University and to write seriously, fulfilling a longheld ambition. Other current interests include crafts, yoga, buying books and watching too much TV.

I live in North West London with my husband and two sons.
